International Ordering Guidelines
Due to the limited address verification that is available for international orders now. OKMemory can only accept American Express, PayPal, Western Union/MoneyGram, Wire Transfer, or Check-In-Advanced as the payment methods for international orders.
American Express: Please select "American Express" as the payment method during checkout. Please also note that we can only ship to the address that's registered with the American Express.
PayPal: Please select "Payment for International Order" and PayPal the payment to our PayPal ID: "email@example.com" along with your order number.
Western Union / MoneyGram / Wire Transfer: Please select "Payment for International Order" and you will receive the wire transfer info after order completion. Please process the payment as your local bank/store and email us the "Transaction / Control Number" with your Order number at: support@OKMemory.com
Check-In-Advanced: Please select "Payment for International Order" and mail the check to:

International Warranty Information
OKMemory is constantly trying to improve our customer services. However, due to the different cultures/regulations from different countries, International Lifetime Warranty for the memory must be returned to OKMemory first prior sending the replacement. The cost of returning and insuring the memory back to OKMemory is the sole responsibility of the customer. OKMemory will pay for the shipping cost to send the replacement to customer. Please Note: OKMemory is not responsible for any damage to equipment, program/data loss, or cost associated with data recovery. OKMemory will not reimburse customers for installation or service charges related to their systems. We recommend customer to carefully follow the installation guides from their system manual or seek for professional/certified technicians' help for installation of the memory for their systems.
